April 2019

Hello Kiddies

I feel I have been remiss in keeping in touch with all of you. It certainly doesn't mean I don't love you.

Really.

It's not you it's me.

Anyway, there is a lot going on here in 2019. I have a few upcoming dates in March before I disappear into a couple of Million Dollar Quartet productions. It's a cool Mid-West run – Omaha, NE, Rock Island, IL, Maumee, OH, and Springfield, IL - and I hope to see you all out at one of the shows.

I have a new record coming out on the Plowboy Records label on June 28th entitled “Close To Home.”

I recorded it at the legendary Sam Phillips Recording Service in Memphis, TN produced by the always effervescent Matt Ross-Spang. Needless to say I'm pretty excited about it.

Rolling Stone gave us a little love early on...

What better way to kick off an album release than to play a couple of killer festivals in Europe.

On June 29thI'll be at the Hagar Rockin' Festival in Switzerland and on the 30thit's Muddy Roots Europe in Belgium! Both promise to be lovely shows. Check them all out on my tour schedule.

In the upcoming months, I'll be a little more “out there” (in more ways than one) so I we'll be talking more.

I hope you don't mind.

Until then, Peace, Love, and Ernest Tubb
