New York City Sunday Night Honky Tonks

    Hey Kids!
I will be setting up a residency gig at the Rodeo Bar on Sunday nights for a two month long stand February 14th – March 28th. That’s right, while we’re rehearsing the Broadway musical in which I am the musical director “Million Dollar Quartet” (opening April 11th at the Nederlander Theatre) I’ll be hosting “The Sunday Night Honky Tonk Session” at the good ol’ Rodeo Bar at 23rd & 3rd in the Hillbilly Mecca of New York City. I’ll have special guests every week and a lot of good Honky Tonk music. Should be a lot of fun bringing Lower Broadway to, I guess we’ll call it “Upper Broadway”.
    I hope I see y’all there!

Congradulations on this gig. Broadway! Good for you.

Just beware the frozen margarhita hachine at The Rodeo. Many is the night I fought and lost with it.

      Peace !

Chuck – heard Steve & Johnny talking about you on WGN Radio – What is the connection between the Chicago production and what you are doing in NYC? Curious. Hope to see you back in Nashvegas soon.

Same show – 4 members of the Chicago cast are going to Broadway, but there are 4 great new performers in Chicago and the show continues to run at the Apollo.
